LA ESCUELA EL CARMEN,SE ENCUENTRA UBICADA EN EL MUNICIPO DE SOTARA,CERCA AL VOLCAN DE SOTARA.ESTE BLOGS ES UNA MUESTRA DE EL TRABAJO INCANSABLE QUE SE ESTA LLEVANDO CON LOS NIÑOS,JOVENES Y ADULTOS DE ESTOS SECTORES.
